Terms of Service

The service

Fantasy Sports Winners provides fantasy sports rankings, analysis, and league tools for NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Free player rankings are available without an account. League-connected tools require signing in with your Yahoo account and are offered as a 24-hour free trial, with paid membership planned once checkout is available. Live Yahoo scores remain free after the trial. One free trial is allowed per Yahoo identity.

Yahoo Fantasy Sports integration

• League data is accessed through the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API under Yahoo's API Access and Use Agreement, using OAuth 2.0 authorization that you explicitly grant and can revoke at any time from your Yahoo account.
• Our access is read-only: the service never makes roster moves, trades, waiver claims, or any other changes to your Yahoo leagues.
• Fantasy Sports Winners is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Yahoo, and Yahoo is not responsible for the service.
• Yahoo, Yahoo Fantasy, and related marks are trademarks of Yahoo Inc. They are used here solely to identify the source of fantasy data, in line with Yahoo's attribution requirements.

Acceptable use

• One account and one free trial per person. Automated account creation, credential sharing, or attempts to bypass trial or membership limits are prohibited.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, or republish the service's data or analysis, and do not use the service in a way that violates Yahoo's API terms or any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service or access another user's data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Analysis and no guarantees

Rankings, projections, trade suggestions, and other analysis are informational tools, not guarantees of fantasy performance. Projection-based outputs are disclosed as reference data. Fantasy sports outcomes are inherently uncertain, and decisions about your leagues remain yours. The service is for entertainment and informational purposes and is not gambling or financial advice.

Membership and payments

Planned paid membership is $3 per week or $99 per year. Paid checkout is not yet available; no payment is collected and the trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Prices may change with notice. Membership features are described on the pricing page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost winnings, or decisions made based on the service's analysis. Availability of Yahoo-provided data depends on Yahoo's services and may be interrupted or changed by Yahoo at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@fantasysportswinners.com.
