Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account identity. When you sign in with Yahoo, we receive your Yahoo user ID (GUID) and, where Yahoo verifies it, your Yahoo email address. We never see or store your Yahoo password.
• Yahoo Fantasy data. With your explicit OAuth 2.0 authorization, we access your fantasy leagues, rosters, matchups, and player information through the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API on a read-only basis. We cannot and do not make roster moves, trades, or any changes to your Yahoo leagues.
• League knowledge you add. Scoring settings, notes, and documents you choose to save in League Intel.
• Newsletter signups. Your email address and the sports you ask to follow, only when you explicitly subscribe with consent.
• Usage preferences. Your selected sport, theme, and sign-in preferences, stored in your browser's local storage.

How we use information

• To provide the service: loading your leagues, rankings, trade analysis, schedules, and live scores.
• To manage your trial and membership status.
• To send The Waiver Wiretap newsletter only to confirmed subscribers, about only the sports they selected.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, including enforcing one free trial per Yahoo identity.

Yahoo Fantasy Sports API

Our use of the Yahoo Fantasy Sports API is governed by Yahoo's API Access and Use Agreement. Access to your Yahoo Fantasy data happens only after you explicitly authorize it through Yahoo's OAuth 2.0 flow, and you can revoke that access at any time from your Yahoo account settings. Your use of Yahoo services is also governed by Yahoo's Privacy Policy and Yahoo's Terms of Service. Fantasy Sports Winners is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Yahoo.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your Yahoo Fantasy data.
• We never share your league data with other users or third parties for their own purposes.
• We never store your Yahoo password, and we never modify your Yahoo leagues.
• We never display your private league information on public pages.

Data storage, retention, and deletion

Account and league data is stored in our secured cloud database with row-level access controls, so each account can only read its own data. Yahoo access tokens are stored server-side only and are never exposed to other users. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved league knowledge, and stored Yahoo tokens. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
